The resort was impeccably clean with exceptional service provided by highly professional staff. The location of the hotel was perfect, being very close to the beach and a themed restaurant. I enjoyed dining at the poolside restaurant located near the property. The staff were incredibly professional, providing very excellent service.

The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new, offering an exquisite view of the sea and Cozumel. We had a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The accommodation was conveniently located close to the restaurant upstairs and the beautifully manicured gardens.

This venue has a well-trained team from check-in to check-out and is located in a prime and reasonably priced location.

We were in Playa del Carmen for 7 days, had brilliant stay, the hotel was reasonably clean with prime and reasonable location on the Royal Hideaway tennis courts...

The breakfast here is varied and delicious, especially the pancakes and eggs.

Great location near the ferry to Cozumel in Playa del Carmen, only 20 minutes away. The resort has a variety of restaurants to choose from, except for the Asian one. Conveniently close to attractions like Xcaret, just a 15-minute drive away. The rooms are updated and decorated with lovely details like roses.

Convenient parking available, the staff here is super friendly with top-notch service! 🚗💫

A few things in the room were broken - lamp / socket etc. The fitness room was quite small. The spa was not nice (sauna and steam bath were a disaster)
